nMOS品もあちこち作っていて、例えば GI AY-3-1014/5, MB8868A (MB8861 のファミリ) は n-MOS で +5V 単一なのでそんなに面倒ではないです。ただ、多少手に入れにくいかも。
でも、ないもののエミュレートというと相手は J-11 あたり？
