評価ボード（W65C02SXB)の回路図を見ると、RAM AS7C256A,Flash SST39S010を使っている。
スペックはRAM,ROMとも　出力はVIH2V台で　W65C02のVthを満たしていない。
これで動作するのであれば、W65C02のVihが違ってるのかね？
