ROM: μPD2364C x2、μPD2316C
RAM: HM4716A-3 x16個（8個標準、+8個拡張）

ちなみにMB-6885 (Jr)は：
ROM: μPD2364C x2、MB8516
RAM: μPD416C-2 or HM4864-3 x 8、メモリ増設後はHM4864-3 x8
